I've been a little distracted lately, for a variety of reasons. So, to keep myself posting regularly, here is a meme (seen around on the friends' list):

1. Which is your favorite fic?

Oh, I can't choose. I love them all in their own way. The one I probably enjoy going back and reading the most is Mysteries (SG-1).

2. Which is your best-received fic?

Either Dreamwalk Blue or Percy Weasley: Rogue Demon Hunter (both Harry Potter).

3. Which is your worst-received fic?

Hmm. Probably a toss-up between Amour (unpopular characters -- Holtz/Justine from Angel) and The Geek Rock Series (tiny fandom -- The Lone Gunmen t.v. show). Though The Robber Bride, Entropy and Tipping Point (all Star Wars EU) have the distinction of being the only pieces I've ever gotten (close to) proper flames for. I'm weirdly proud of and disturbed by that.

4. Which is your angsty-est fic?

Oh, ack. I don't know. DB is definitely up there. They all have angst, though, even the funny ones. It's kind of my thing.

5. Which is your funniest fic?

Percy Weasley: Rogue Demon Hunter

6. Smuttiest?

If it ever gets finished, Iteration (Star Wars EU) -- which also has the distinction of being the plottiest, so who knows. Other than that? Maybe Amour? Bits of Dreamwalk Blue?

7. Fluffiest?

Oo. I don't really do fluff. The Parker/Hardison bits of Four Winds (Leverage) is the only thing that immediately comes to mind.

8. Have you ever made someone cry with a fic?

I don't think so? Feel free to correct me in the comments if I made you cry. ;)

9. Which fic frustrates you the most?

Dreamwalk Blue -- I fight the constant temptation to go back and rewrite the whole damned thing.

10. Which fic was the most fun to write?

Percy Weasley: Rogue Demon Hunter -- easily.

11. Who is your favorite OC you've ever created?

Oh, this is a tough one for me. Anyone who's been reading me for any length of time knows how I love my OCs. June and Hayden from Dreamwalk Blue are my long-time loves. It's been more than a decade and I'm still writing about them. :) Celia Williams from Percy Weasley: Rogue Demon Hunter is another favorite. She started as a one-line joke in the first part of that fic, and then somehow grew into an absolutely essential part of the plot. Currently, I'm really enjoying writing Zillah from Iteration -- assuming I ever manage to finish the damned thing. She's a nice foil to Mara, and, like most of the OCs I've felt were my most successful, has pushed the story into some interesting directions. Tovah Medyoff (also from Iteration) is on the verge of evolving into a BAMF in the mold of Alicia Florrick and Laura Roslin -- if I manage to pull her off right.

12. Are you better at oneshot or multipart?

I'm crap at finishing things, so probably oneshot -- though I have a bunch of 3/4s finished one shots sitting on my hard-drive along with all those perpetual chaptered WiPs.

13. What character do you think you're the best at portraying?

Oh, this depends on the fandom. I think I do a pretty good Ginny and Percy Weasley. Also- I'm pretty enamored of my take on Mara Jade, though I'm well aware that some people disagree with me -- strongly.

14. What character is the most difficult to portray?

I made a complete hash of poor Dumbledore -- though it was hardly my fault. Who would have predicted back in 2000 that he was over 150 and had a tragic and decades-long starcrossed love affair with Magneto Grindelwald? Also- relevant to my current WiP, Luke Skywalker is a bitch to write well. I actually have (some) sympathy for the authors who had to portray him in the EU.
